Is this a scam email

 
We are making required system upgrades, An older version will no longer accept logins after  June 20th, 2024. 
This is to notify you that we would stop processing incoming emails and PDF attachments on your account.
Update below to avoid losing your mails.

In short, yes, mark as spam and delete any emails like this.

 

The link provided is not related to Sky in anyway, if you hover your mouse over the link you can see it leads to a non sky site.

 

Any updates to an email server are carried out in the background and never need user intervention.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
