No. It's an attempt to scam you. There are lots of these around at the moment. Just mark it as spam but otherwise ignore it.

The chances are that any email that has arrived out of the blue that you have not requested via something like a password change and has a link in it will be from a scammer and not Sky so just keep marking them as spam should you receive anymore.

Scam certainly. Emails from genuine companies will usually refer you by name rather than dear customer or dear user.
If you hover (not click) your mouse cursor over the link it will show the url, if this doesn't show a genuine address then that's another indication of spam/scam.
