I have deleted an important email and need to know whether this can be recovered

I have inadvertently deleted an important email which I need to provide as evidence in a warranty claim. Is there any way I can recover this as I know the name of the sender and the date being 8/8/21

@NigelTu if you use an email app,, it might still be there if you log in here: https://www.sky.com/signin/email , , depending on your setup

 

If you've deleted it from your online Delected folder, it's gone for good I'm afraid.

If you did this recently then it might be in the deleted folder so you should be able to move it back to where it was.

 

If it isn't in the deleted folder then give this a try, there is no guarantee it will be successful:
