I have a new Android Phone. when trying to set up emails it will not work

On setting up my yahoo sky email to go to outlook I get a message which says

'Unable to log On

An error occurred while loading the authentication page. please check your connection'

If i use my username then a phone number comes up asking me to verify two missing digits, but the number is a US number and I do not recognise it.

I can access all my emails via outlook on my oldphone, and on my laptop, just not me newphone (Samsung S21 FE)

can anyone help? I've already cleared the cache but to no avail.

I'm a bit confused as to where this authentication is happening, it isn't happening via Outlook is it so is it happening when you try to login to your account online at Sky.com ?

When the log in page shows for Sky it almost immediately shows a failure page with an error code which prevents me from accessing to page where I can put my password in.

Try clearing your browsers cache again and cookies then close down the browser before loading it up and trying again. If this doesn't work try a different browser works to see if that works for you.

If this doesn't work what is the error and code ?
