I am being sent E-mails from Colleagues but they are not getting through to me.

I have been experiencing problems with my Sky.Com emails since May 2023. I beleive that I had previously been hacked. Your records will show that I have spoken to you about this issue on several occasions around about this time.

Since then I have been unable to receive all e-mails sent to me by colleagues

As your not actually talking to Sky via the forum we don't know about your converstations with Sky, this is mainly a customer helps customer forum.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

We are customers here so you are not talking to Sky.

 

For you lack of emails give this a try:

 

Login to your online account:

 

https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email/


Go to Settings > More Settings > Filters and remove anything that you did not setup.

 

Then go to Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address > Reply-to address

 

And again remove anything here that you did not setup.

 

Then logout and change your password:

https://skyid.sky.com/resetpassword/
