How to access an email

Hi, I set up an email for my husband many years ago but we can't access it. I like to know how I can do that please?

What happens when you try? Error message?

I enter the email but it won't accept the password so I went to change password but it won't accept answer to question.

he hasn't used the email for years. Wouldn't bother but there are a few company's that have emailed him to that address

If he haven't logged into the account for years then it might have been closed as Sky does close inactive accounts.
