How do I reactivate my Sky account?

my Sky account has been suspended as it was hacked and I'm having trouble reactivating it when I rang Sky they didn't seem to want to help

Forgetting about your Sky email account for a minute can you access your online Sky account because if you can't when speaking to Sky just mention that you can't access your Sky account, do not mention email because if they can fix your Sky account then you should also regain access to your emails.
