Help! All my email folders have disappeared

All my Yahoo email folders have disappeared from all my devices. I have tried the 'Show' folders options...there is nothing to show.

These folders are important, as they contain things like receipts, vehicle details and more. HELP!!!

Are they still there if you log in to Sky Yahoo Mail via sky.com?

No, sorry. Emails are all there, but all the carefully compiled folders are gone!

If the restore request didn't work then I'm afraid the emails are gone for good.
