My wife uses a sky email address created by me on my sky account years ago when I first got sky tv. I have since then left and rejoined sky tv using another email address several years ago. Everything was fine until my wife found that she cannot access her emails. When she tries to sign in she is told her password is incorrect. When she tries to recover the password she is told that an email has been sent to her to reset her password, however she cannot access her email to do this. My wife then noticed that email have been sent, not by her, from her email address to people on her contact list asking for help with Amazon accounts ! What should she do ?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf she is unable to use memorable data as an alternative to a reset link in order to recover her password, her only option is to call Sky. However, I'm not confident that they'll be able to help if she doesn't have a Sky account.
