Hacked email account.

My email account appears to be hacked.

Please can you urgently recover this account or close it down. Immediately.

We're customers here so nobody can do either of those. Have you changed your password, to prevent continued unauthorised use!

Why do you say your account has been hacked and have you gone though these:

Login to your online account:

https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email/

Go to Settings > More Settings > Filters and remove anything that you did not setup.

Then go to Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address > Reply-to address

And again remove anything here that you did not setup.

Then logout and change your password:

https://skyid.sky.com/resetpassword/

Hi, I have tried but memorable question also changed so cannot access.

Spoke to 5 people at sky all with different answers and latest told me to report it on here. Didn't seem right but went ahead.
