Finding old emails

I'm trying to find an email in my system. I've tried the search option to no avail and tried looking in my deleted box but it only goes back to 3rd March 2023. I need to look around December 22. Can this be done?

Where was this email, was it stored in the inbox or the deleted folder or a separate folder you had set up and moved it to ?

How do you access your email, is it via the webmail? https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email

Do you believe you deleted the email you are looking for? If so it's probably gone for good by now.
