Find older deleted emails

Hi,How do I find an deleted message from last July? I need this email for order number from PlayStation Network,I can't log in to my PSN account and Sony are asking for this order number.Thanks

If you've deleted it, it's gone, I'm afraid. When you delete an email it does to the Deleted folder but will be automatically deleted from there after 31 (I think) days. Certainly it will have been deleted in the time since July.

is there anyway to get the message to show in full?
