You mean mobile network? What error message are you seeing when you try to log in? Are you using an email app? Or logging in via your browser and sky.com?

I assume you mean broadband network, i.e. you changed ISP.
If so, who from and to?
Switching from one network to another (either mobile of broadband) shouldn't affect your email, so just what error message are you getting.
