• I don't seem to have an emoji icon when composing emails,is there a setting somewhere that I can activate it?

• Sometimes when I'm typing a message, an emoji will appear in the spell check box?

How do you view your emails? If in a browser, on a desktop, it should be on the bottom line.

How do you access your emails on the android phone, do you login to the Sky website or use an app like Outlook ?

@Ricko2 it's in the same place on an Android phone, but you need to use your browser's desktop mode in order to see it.

It very much depends on how you access it in the phone. I'll assume you are using an app, and not a browser, so which app is it?
