@Olix Incoming emails go to your Inbox, by default. The Unread folder is just a subset of the emails in your Inbox that are as yet, unread
If incoming emails aren't appearing in your Inbox, something must be diverting them elsewhere. Check your email account settings for any filters set up diverting incoming emails to another folder (which could include the Deleted folder).
Using a laptop or desktop computer (or a mobile device in desktop mode) go to Settings, then More Settings then Filters to check for anything you haven't set up.
