Emails sent by specific sender are not being received.

Emails that are sent from a specific domain are not being received. I have checked junk and spam folders and my list of blocked users. The mails they are sending are for account recovery authentication. Because these emails are not being delivered I cannot recover my account. I have been in contact with the domain in question using an alternative email address and they think that my email has been configured to prevent email from their domain being received normally. They say this usually happens when an account has been compromised, to make the account more difficult to be recovered. They suggest I contact my email provider for support. Emails from all other senders are being received normally. Any help at all will be much appreciated.

I would suggest changing your email address with this site so that you can receive these verification emails as I don't think there is going to be anyway to recover them as it stands.
