Emails sent by others who get message has not been delivered although I do receive them

Many people who are sending emails to me receive a message saying "undelivered" even though I am receiving them.

Any suggestions as to how to clear this problem

I'm contacting other peole to resolve problem.

Login to your online account:

 

https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email/


Go to Settings (the screw icon on the right hand side) > More Settings > Filters and remove anything that you did not setup.

 

Then go to Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address > Reply-to address

 

And again remove anything here that you did not setup.

 

If you have had to make then logout and change your password:

You might want to give some thought to setting up two step verification as per this:

https://www.sky.com/help/home/sky-yahoo-mail/two-step-verif/articles/two-step-verification


If you do set this up it in important that you make a note of and keep safe the recovery code.

@keithjb the 'bounce' message usually gives a reason why an email is undeliverable. It would be useful to know what it says.

We are  not Sky here but no other post from you has appeared so have you looked into what I posted above for you as that should be the first thing to look into,
