Emails not pushed through since new iPhone uodate

Anyone had the issue of emails not being pushed through on iPhone from sky.com email since new iOS update

yes i have the same problem with my iphone14, tried deleting the mail app and reinstalling but still have to get emails manually it will not push/fetch. Considering another email client like outlook if it will work on an iphone?

Yes, Outlook will work fine on an iPhone. With the number of posters on here having problems with the native Apple email app, I would recommend it.

I put the yahoo mail app on my iphone using sky username/password etc and works good.

Is it the 18.2 update with the Mail app changes? Many are finding that they're only receiving certain notifications rather than for all email. This is rectified by going to Settings>Apps>Mail>Notifications>Customise notifications>select All unread messages.

If this isn't the problem then can you elaborate? Is the account set to Instant or Push?

Yes it was the 18.2 update. I tried the settings that you have suggested before i started using the yahoo app and nothing worked.  i will try it again after christmas, thank you for taking the time to answer.

When setting up the email account did you use the Yahoo email option or Other/manual setup?
