Emails not delivered to Spain

I emailed friends in Spain but obtained no response. Made contact via other means to be advised they had not received any from me.

I had not received an "undelivered" message.

Subsequently when they have attempted to email me the message was "message not being delivered".

 

Email is working okay in England. All email addresses are accurate.

 

Not sure what is going wrong?

Does the contact in Spain have EU roaming or WiFi access on their device? If they're not connected to the internet then they wouldn't be able to receive emails.

The individuals I am emailing all work in a hotel in Spain so have all accesses as required. It has worked very well for over 30 years without any problems. So why now? 

Certainly not explaining the error message they are getting when trying to email me here in the UK.

Are they all using Wi-Fi? Perhaps an update to the router has changed a setting. Does the Hotel have an IT specialist available?
Are they all using the same phone - iPhone or Android?

The bounce message usually gives an indication of why the message isn't going to be delivered?
