Emails not being received from a specific email address

Suddenly, 1 week ago I stopped receiving emails from my husband's work email address, he uses Outlook.  They are not in my spam and I have no blocks or filters set up.  The company that hosts his email have said that their records show the emails as having been delivered.  Can anyone advise what the problem may be as I do all his admin and bookkeeping and so we need to be able to email each other with information.

How do you access your Sky emails, do you also use Outlook or do you login here:

While they might not be in the spam have you checked the other junk/trash/bin folders for them ?

I only have 1 folder entitled Spam, there are no other folders for junk/trash/bin.  I have checked all other available folders as displayed below

This is most likely a problem at the hosting company, All the major email services are tightening up their anti-spam measures.

You say he uses Outlook, do you mean as a app/client, or does he have an outlook.com address?

You say major email services are tightening up their anti spam measures, so is this at my end, i.e. with yahoo?

Yes it will be at the receiving end, be that Yahoo, Microsoft or Gmail.

What hosting company does he use?

Re: Emails not being received from a specific email address

so if its at the receiving end it will be my Yahoo/Sky account that needs to be looked at? I guess I need to make a support call to Sky then

I'm afraid that is unlikely to get you anywhere, support for Sky email is minimal at best.

Although it might be being rejected as spam by Sky|Yahoo it's probably because it's failing one of the latest requirements.

Of course, this is all conjecture, we simply don't have enough details to be sure.

What hosting service is he using?

Re: Emails not being received from a specific email address

I don't know what hosting service he is using but his hosting company provided me with a report saying the emails he sent to me had been successfully delivered even though I haven't received them.  If you are saying that it's at the receiving end then that is me and so what difference does it make what hosting service he is using?  Sorry if I am not understanding this well, thank you

What I'm saying is it may be being rejected by Sky|Yahoo. it's not possible to be sure.

If it's not reaching your inbox, trying to find out why will be difficult as Yahoo run the servers, but they won't speak to you as you are not their customer.

I've not used this service before, but ask him to send an email to the address generated by this website: https://unspam.email/

It will run a check, and report on the deliverability and spam score.
