Emails no longer send

Getting a recipient rejected - relay denied message sending from all devices at once. I know email server settings haven't changed on all the devices. If disable WiFi on phone is allows emails to be sent so wonder if there is an issue with firewall? Any help gratefully received

Are you sending from the Sky website or an app on your phone ?

Using plus net email server that's work with sky broadband for last three years

So if I am understand your issue correctly this isn't connected to a Sky email account at all ?

That's correct it's a sky broadband issue

From the error you say you are getting, I can't see it being caused by Sky broadband.

You say it works on your mobile connection, which is why you suspect Sky, but who is your moble service with? 

The error basically seems to say the SMTP server is rejecting your email because you are not authenticating with it correctly.
