Emails keep bouncing back when sent

My Sky emails via yahoo - keep

bouncing back. 
usually if I am replying to an email

I've received. 
But also if I send a new email. 
Varying reasons why. So no common denominator. 
has anyone else had this ?

If you go to Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address > Reply-to address do you have another email address shown here, if so see what happens if you remove it.
