A friend using an exhange online email domain hasn't been able to reach me since mid January. It was fine before then. He gets the message 'Your message couldn't be delivered. Despite repeated attempts to contact the recipient's email system it didn't respond.'.

As far as I know, no one has been able to explain it or suggest a "work-around".
