Emails being redirected- but i didn't set this up

Recently all my contacts received a spam email from me.  I then tried to write an email and had a pop up alert saying that if I received a response it would be redirected to another address.  I did not set up this redirection and can't see how to stop it.

Login to your online email account via this link:

 

https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email/

 

Go to Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > your email address and delete anything shown in the reply to address that you didn't setup.

 

After doing this logout then change your password via this link:

https://skyid.sky.com/resetpassword/
