Email via web browser not working

My Emails work ok within my email app but won't open in a web browser or from within mysky, and says that my account has been deactivated although I can still access them from within my email app

Vety odd, when was the last time you logged into your online account because Sky will deactivate an emai account if the user hasn't logged into it for quite a few months so I take it this doesn't apply to you ?

As @caesarome says. very odd. Is it possible to show us the message that says your account has been deactivated, oscuring any personal info.

Also what app and on what platform is it still working?
