Why for the last few months is my email account not working properly. I am using an iPad (new) and I regularly get "account error" message or "cannot download from the server" message. Some Emails can take forever to come through and then I can't open any attachments within. It's so frustrating, why is it doing this!!!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreProblems with the standard Mail app that is provided with Apple devices have been frequently reported here in recent months. Until Apple get round to fixing it, if they ever do, either login online via your browser or try a different mail app.
