It is unlikely your account got hacked, it is more likely that someone got access by accessing the login details that were provided if someone responded to a fake email saying it was from Sky.
Login to your online account:
https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email/
Go to Settings (the screw icon on the right hand side) > More Settings > Filters and remove anything that you did not setup.
Then go to Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address > Reply-to address
And again remove anything here that you did not setup.
If you have had to make a change then logout and change your password:

You might want to give some thought to setting up two step verification as per this:

If you do set this up it in important that you make a note of and keep safe the recovery code.
