Email hacked
My sky email has been hacked. I have no idea when it happened and I only found out when people started getting emails bouncing back saying my inbox was full but giving this strangers email address. Then I realised that all my emails were being forwarded to them and they are set up as my email recovery. However I seem to have limited settings and can't remove them. Sky said contact yahoo and yahoo said contact sky. Sky is now raising an investigation into this but it can take a few weeks apparently. Anyone got any ideas to help? Thanks.

Re: My sky yahoo email has been hacked and is sending out random emails to my contacts. Getting no h
Everyone keeps saying go to more settings but I don't have that. All my email are being forwarded to someone I don't recognise but I am unable to remove them and both sky and yahoo are not helping me.

You can do that here:
https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email/
Go to Settings (the screw icon on the right hand side) > More Settings > Filters and remove anything that you did not setup.
Then go to Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address > Reply-to address
And again remove anything here that you did not setup.
If you have had to make a change then logout and change your password:
https://skyid.sky.com/resetpassword/
You might want to give some thought to setting up two step verification as per this:
https://www.sky.com/help/home/sky-yahoo-mail/two-step-verif/articles/two-step-verification
If you do set this up it in important that you make a note of and keep safe the recovery code.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

I don't have those settings. The only thing in the right is the home button. I have settings on a drop down on the left but I don't have more settings. That's why I said my settings seem limited for some reason.

@Antmos looks like you're using the basic version. Switch to the Advanced version and you should see more options.

Re: Email hacked
What device are you trying to do this on?
You need to use a desktop browser, or a mobile browser in desktop mode.

I have tried doing it in my mobile and on a tablet but see the same settings. I don't have a laptop. Not sure how to use my mobile in desktop mode. Please explain.

Use the tablet it will be easier. Search your tablets name and "how to use desktop mode in browser" in google, and it will explain it.
