Email error showing

When I try to login to my sky email account there is a message to say that there is a problem with my account and to call the help centre, which doesn't open until 8am. Is this a wider issue for all users?

No, it's not a general issue. I'd give Sky a call.

If you see the same message when trying to access this link:

 

https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details

 

Then don't mention that you can't access your email account, just let tgem know the message is on your Sky account.
