Received email from Sky dated 2 February 2024 with heading Security (Customer Support) telling me to make some quick updates to enable me to continue accessing my mailbox. Telling me to use link sky.com or use click here link. Is this a scam?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreSounds like a scam to me. There are no updates. The only faint possibility is that your email account has become inactive, but if you're logging in to it at least once a month, that's not the case.

If you login to your account regularly then you will no issues.

The internet country address of the email is .nk, which means it's based in NORTH KOREA!
DON'T CLICK ON THE LINK AS IT TAKES YOU TO A WEB PAGE ASKING FOR YOUR EMAIL LOGIN DETAILS.

Patrick.
