Email bounce back with different address

When someone tries to send me an email it doesn't come directly to me it goes to another excite or something

You either need to be using a laptop or PC or if using a mobile make sure it is in desktop mode so give this a try:

Login to your online account:

 

https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email/


Go to Settings (the screw icon on the right hand side) > More Settings > Filters and remove anything that you did not setup.

 

Then go to Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address > Reply-to address

 

And again remove anything here that you did not setup.

 

If you have had to make then logout and change your password:
