Email addressed
My mum recently passed away so I have taken over her account, sky have cut off my email address so I can't receive any emails, I have tried to set up a new address but it won't accept anything I'm putting in, then other times it's saying I can't put a sky address in but it's the only email address I've got

What do you mean by this, can you not access it via here:
https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email/
If not what onscreen message do you see.
What are you trying to do with regards to her email account, can you not use her login details to access the account ?

@peppideb did you previously have a Sky subscription with your own Sky Yahoo Mail account attached to it? Or was your email account part of your mum's Sky account?
