Recently switched to sky from but broadband but my Emil address is still btinternet.com , how do I swap this over to sky broadband address

@Rjbscfc You can't, Sky no longer offer email accounts, you'll need to use gmail or outlook as free accounts are provided by them

Also, I believe BT allow you to keep your email address now, but it may become web only (i.e. you need to use a browser, not a client, to access it)
