Dont have option in settings to block email

I am trying to block nuisance emails, however I don't seem to have the further settings option as described in the how to guide. Can anybody help?

Are you using a Samsung phone or any phonr browser by any chance because if so the more settings I think only appear when you are using the desktop version of the site.
