Hi everyone, does anyone know if I am able to delete all my messages from my inbox all at once without having to literally put a check in every single one at once and only be able to do one page at a time, I am no longer with sky but I have always kept and used my sky email address as my primary so I have built up quite a few thousand emails over this time and they are just taking up space which I can ill afford to waste, I have looked everywhere in the settings but can find nothing, can you please HELP ME!! You can't delete them all in one go, but you can select a number of emails together rather than each one individually. Check one, then at the, head of your Inbox tap the box adjacent to '1 selected'.
I'm using 'advanced' mode. I don't know if it's the same in basic mode.

Login to you online email account at sky.com and "hover" over the Inbox header you will get a down arrow, click on that and one of the options is "clean my inbox" and that will allow you to send all the emails to the Archive folder.
