Deleted e mail

My sky e mail account has been deleted. I didn't ask for this and have used this e mail at least 15 years. Help please

When did you last login to it via the Sky website as email accounts are only deleted if you haven't logged into it for a year and this only happens once one or two reminder emails have been sent to you.

What is now happening when you try to login to it via here:

Doesn't give me option. Uses yahoo account but I've never used that as my email

The link I posted above should take you directly to your account so if you don't see the login button then try clearing your browsers cache, closing it down then reloading it before trying again.

The reason for asking you to check is that if you can see your email account by via your browser, it hasn't been deleted and the problem is with whatever app you're using.
