Closed email

My dad has had his email account closed.  Is there any way of getting it open again? as he is in and out of hospital having cancer treatment.  I have been keeping an eye on them for Hospital appointment and sending some messages to a few of his friends.

Can it be opened again even just for a week to give me time to transfer contacts?  I dont yet have power off atterney as i am waiting for that to go through.

@Sonia743  His email account would only be closed if it hadn't been used for a long period of time.  What makes you think it's been closed?

That should not cause it to be closed, I haven't been with Sky  for many years and I still use mine.

As @GD1 says, only an extended period (like 6 months) of non use of the email would cause it to be closed.

Do you know when he last logged into it, would it have been 6 months ago or more ?

@Sonia743 if it was only two weeks ago he last logged in, the account won't have been closed. Are you seeing that message when you log in using the link in @caesarome's post? Are you logging in with the correct Sky ID? Try logging in using your browser's incognito/privacy mode.
