Change mobile phone number for two factor verification

In on line account manager. Have hit change number but all I get is a code sent to my old mobile number which I don't have. Please help .

@rabkdb that's intentional, to prevent someone with unauthorised access to your account from changing the mobile number to their own.

 

You'll need to use your Recovery Code to turn off 2 factory verification, then set it up again (if you wish to) with your new mobile number.

If you don't have access to the recovery code then you will have to contact Sky and ask then to deactivate this for you. Do note that there is a few days turn around on doing this so do not let the adviser wrongly tell you to go to Yahoo as they will not be able to help.
