Captcha email verification

When I changed from Sky BB to another BB isp every time I log into my Sky email account I get a captcha verification box pop up, although not life changing it is somewhat annoying to say the least. How can I get rid of this annoying happening. Thanks in advance for any info to resolve this..

Unless you're using a VPN, it's probably related to the IP address assigned to your broadband connection by your new ISP. You could try turning off your router for 30 minutes or so which may result in a new IP address.

That is usually caused by mismatched cookies in your browser.

If @Mark39's suggestion doesnt work, try using a different browser, and used this link to log on mail.tools.sky.com

Out of interest, what ISP are you now with?
