I have been trying to access my email since last night, lap top, desktop and mobile are all failing to access impap account. Cannot change password, but can access my email via the sky web site and going to mail. Trying to change password the fault below shows up. I can see from various down detectors that im not the only one, has anyone got the same issue or is a solution forthcoming?
Lastly the web site is not sending out the digit codes to permit changes. It says sent but I am bot recieving my code via the retrieval alternate email
As alway your help and insght is appreciated.

@caesarome @Thanks for sharing, I had come to the same conclusion but was hoping for an update as to when we might be back to normal!!👍
