Hi
Is there a fix for this authentification issue? Those settings used in Other are already used in my Apple Mail app sky email.
What I am doing is trying to re-add my Sky/Yahoo account to my Macbook Desktop Mail app.
But I get this warning:
"Unable to verify account name or password." or
To prevent unauthorised account access, sign-in attempts are being blocked for now. Try again in an hour with this device and browser -- Even though I have not signed in more than once.
I can acccess sky mail with the Yahoo Macbook app and via the web just not in Apple Mail which I used to be able to do for the last 18yrs...
Any ideas ?

Incoming Mail (IMAP) Server
Server - imap.tools.sky.com
Port - 993
Requires SSL - Yes
Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server
Server - smtp.tools.sky.com
Port - 465
Requires SSL - Yes
Requires authentication - Yes
You will then need to generate a 16 digit password and use that instead of your usual one, you can do that here:

Had the same problem for months. Tried every which way. Given up using Yahoo as my main provider, add this issue to a problem with it refusing to forward some messages, now use icloud or gmail, much more reliable.
