Cannot access sky yahoo email on iPhone or ipad

deleted account and re installed still not working

My phone is up to date on 15 ios

can anyone help !

What's happening, if you use an app on both devices when setting it up again have you selected Yahoo as the email provider ?

If that doesn't work the generate a 16 digit password here and use this instead of your usual email password:

https://www.sky.com/sky-yahoo-mail/manage-apps?client=email
