Is anyone else not able to read their emails or even login? It keeps saying there is an issue with my account.

I have been using the same emails since moving house with no problem, but they just went off, and lost all the emails that I would need to save.
Is there a reason why I cannot sign back in, as was signed in 20 minutes ago

What happens when you try to log in? Error message?

I have ben cut off from my e-mails since Friday. I am being ping ponged backwards and forwards between Yahoo and Sky. Nobody seems to be interetsed in helping.

What did you mean by "cut off"? Are you able to log in? If not, what's the error message? Are you using an app or client on a mobile etc? Or are you using your browser via the Sky.com website?

I have the same problem I contacted SKY who informed me that they have a major problem with emails and they are working to resolve it.
No time scale for repair.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIt sounds like Yahoo is having issues which they do every few months or so, as there is nothing you can do at present other than keep trying to get logged in over the next few hours.

Also I am trying to access through Edge as my email has not worked for me via live mail for some time. I have tried Firefox but no success.

We lost our emails yesterday, have spoken to Sky twice but told the same thing both times that there is a fault and they are trying to repair it no time given to fix it. The message i received was We apologise for the inconvenience but we have encountered a problem with your account please contact for further assistance
