My husband died last year and I have changed everything to my name only except emails still shows both our names. It isn't in signatures, it is in default calendar and I can't find where to change it.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIt isn't possible to change the name in the email address, but you can change the name(s) associated with it Log into your email online, and go to Settings - More Settings - Mailboxes and select your Sky mailbox. There you can set the name.

Didn't work. This is already in my name. It tells me it is default calendar. I went into calendar on tag and edit name. Took off husbands name but when I send email it says just my name on send but arrives in my husbands and my name.

Possibly the problem is at the receiving end. Does it happen with just one recipient, or with all?
Are you using the webmail to send your emails, or do you use an app/client?

I have a gmail account so I'm just sending email from sky yahoo account to my gmail and on sent it is saying just my name but when I receive email in gmail it is saying my husbands and my name. Don't understand how that an happen.
