Can't switch between accounts

I have 3 email accounts.  I usually have no problem switching from my main one to one of the others (the option is to "add a new account", rather than "switch", but it seems to work okay).  But, for the last three months, when I try to switch back, I'm told, that Sky can no longer add a new account.  I don't actually want to add a new account, I just want to switch back to my original one.  If I click on Continue, I get "This page isn't working, try clearing your cookies."  If I clear cookies, sometimes I'm allowed to log in to my original account, but it's a nuisance, because all the security issues on my bank accounts etc. will kick in again.

Shouldn't I just be able to pick the account I want to use from a drop-down list?

Any advice welcome

If you are doing this online then your web browser should remember to login details for each account so have you tried typing the first part of the login for one of these accounts to see if it then pops up, same with the password.

Are these all Sky accounts?

Not sure how you have been able to "switch" between accounts, if you are using a browser, because the cookies will get confused.

If you give us more info on how you access your accounts. we may be able to explain it.
