Can't login to email

No longer have a UK or Irish phone number, but every time I try to login to email account it tries to send a code to my old UK mobile number, the option to change the phone number only allows you to provide a UK or Irish number, but I now live in Canada. 

 

Any way around this?

You are not the first and will not be the last person who now lives abroad who is having an issue with this so all you can do is to find a way to get in touch with Sky perhaps via social media about this.
