Can’t get emails on macbook

had to change my Sky password and now not getting my emails on my MacBook anymore. Tried deleting the account and setting up again but can't get past the first screen. Type my email and hit next and nothing happens. OS Big Sur

Can't get past this screen. Also tried "adding a new account" rather than using the yahoo link but also errors

You image is not showing, possibly because it shows personal info. could you repost with any personal info obscured

Are you using the Apple Mail app?

In your image, the "next" option is greyed out, which presumably means it's unhappy about your email address.

I don't have a Mac to compare, but are you following the instruction here:

The email address is correct and working on my iPhone. It was working on the MacBook and only stopped working because I had to change my password. 
the Next button goes greyed out if I put user name or number in, as well

so frustrating

I'm not an Apple user, but changing your password shouldn't stop apps using modern authentication (OAuth) from working, presumably you didn't need to update it on the iPhone?

Did you follow the exact steps in the Sky help article?

Can you log in here https://sky.com/signin/email/ with your new paswword?

I had to update on the phone but worked straight away. 
I can view the emails on the web platform but just trying to get it working again in Mac Mail.
