Can't access email

I had to change my password now need to do a 2 step authentication and can't remember the code and no longer have the mobile number to do it that way can anybody help

If you have setup two factor authentication then select the "can't sign in either code" link and enter your recovery code you should have made a note of. If you failed to do this then you will have to call Sky and ask them to turn this off for you.
