Can't access e-mails as phone broken

I am on holiday in Orlando.  I dropped and broke my phone screen, repair centre here does not have correct part.  I cannot receive verification code and sky won't help so I cannot access my e-mails.

If you kept a separate note of your Recovery Code as Sky recommended, you can use it to turn off 2 step login.

 

If you didn't,  Sky can turn off 2 tep login on your behalf, but it may take a while.

Are you using a different phone, if so can you move the sim into it so you can then use this to access your online email account and the verification code ?
