So far as I know Sky Yahoo Mail itself doesn't have a bulk mail folder, so I suspect this is a feature of whichever app or client you're using. See the help guide for the app or client for whether or not it's possible to disable it.
Do you mean all your incoming emails are going to your junk/bin/trash folder instead of the inbox ?
